Introduction

DCC (Digital Contact Card) operates the DCC mobile application (the "App"), a digital contact card platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your information when you use our App.

This App is provided by DCC as an individual developer based in India. This policy complies with Google Play Store requirements for data safety and privacy, and with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

This App is not directed to children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verifiable parental consent, as required under the DPDP Act. If we become aware of collecting such information without consent, we will delete it immediately.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including via our service providers (e.g. Google Firebase). Under the DPDP Act, India permits transfer of personal data to any country or territory outside India except where restricted by the Central Government. We ensure appropriate contractual safeguards are in place with our service providers for any such transfers.
