Introduction
DCC (Digital Contact Card) operates the DCC mobile application (the "App"), a digital contact card platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your information when you use our App.
This App is provided by DCC as an individual developer based in India. This policy complies with Google Play Store requirements for data safety and privacy, and with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

Consent by category: Each permission above is requested separately, at the time it is first needed, and only for the specific purpose stated. You can grant or deny each permission independently through your device Settings, and denying one does not affect your ability to grant another.

- Personal data removed within 30 days of deletion

Grievance Redressal (DPDP Act, 2023)
In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we have designated a Grievance Officer to address your concerns regarding the processing of your personal data. If you have any complaint or grievance regarding your data, you may contact:

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in harm to you, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected users as required under the DPDP Act, describing the nature of the breach and the steps we are taking to address it.
Children's Privacy
This App is not directed to children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verifiable parental consent, as required under the DPDP Act. If we become aware of collecting such information without consent, we will delete it immediately.
International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including via our service providers (e.g. Google Firebase). Under the DPDP Act, India permits transfer of personal data to any country or territory outside India except where restricted by the Central Government. We ensure appropriate contractual safeguards are in place with our service providers for any such transfers.
